Made from an extremely strong polyester fabric that has the feel of cotton, and it features a diamond rip grid. The tail bag comes complete with a touch tape strip across the top. Simply remove the extra strip from the tail bag and sew it under the tail flap of your rug or combo. Then slip the tail bag over the horse's tail and attach it using the touch tape strip at the top.
