Our Delivery Policy

 
  • Quick delivery: We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
     
  • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered with your normal post via New Zealand Post Parcel Post.
     
  • Delivery Times: Please allow up to 7 working days from processing of payment for delivery. If you haven't received your goods within those 7 working days please call our freephone number (0508) 467 734 and let us know.
 

Returns Policy

 
All items for return or swap must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be issued for goods returned to the store they were originally purchased from, see your invoice/receipt for returns details. All items must be returned in 'as new' resalable condition.
 
If posting goods back they must be sent back via New Zealand Post Parcel Post. If return postage costs are deemed to be our responsibility due to faulty goods we will credit the return freight as per New Zealand Post Parcel Post only. Defective items must be returned so they can be assessed.
 
If goods are proven faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and will offer a remedy/replacement at our discretion.
Sometimes, due to supplier variations, the photo shown may differ slightly to the actual product.
 
When returning rugs for any reason please ensure they are clean & dry.
Please choose CD ROMs, DVDs & Videos carefully as we cannot accept returns on these products due to copy right & piracy issues
 
If measurements are provided with your order our staff will do their best to match our products to the measurements provided. However, we accept no responsibility for incorrectly supplied measurements, or the items not fitting suitably despite our best efforts.
 

Overseas Orders

 
At this stage we are not set up to deal with overseas orders. We are endeavouring to remedy this and look forward to dealing with you in the future.

 

No tolerance policy regarding Fraud

 
We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.  Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet.

Availability of Goods & Specials

 
  • The products listed on this website are subject to availability. At the time of ordering we should have the goods in stock. However, due to the volume of orders and our major retail outlet, it is possible to have sold out by the time your order reaches dispatch. One of our staff members will contact you should this happen.
     
  • Sometimes the photo shown on the website is slightly different to the actual product due to variations between shipments.
     
  • Specials are available while stocks last. Saddlery Warehouse reserves the right to substitute free items or alternatively discount the product if we cannot supply a free product. We do not backorder products on special or promotional lines.
