Crafted from a combination of cow and buffalo hide, the leather is traditionally vegetable tanned and aniline dyed rather than simply covered with heavy pigment. This allows the natural grain and character of the leather to remain visible and means it can absorb dressings and conditioners, becoming softer and developing beautifully with use.

Behind the Miliano is a lifetime of saddle-making experience. Its founder comes from generations of saddle makers and went on to build and run a successful UK saddle company employing more than 100 people, including award-winning Master Saddlers, with saddles exported around the world.
