Measure with a flexible tape, keeping it level and snug.

Chest — over the high point of the bust and around the rest of the torso. Waist — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the hip bone and belly button. Hips — the widest part of your lower hips, around 18–20cm below your waistline.
