Fourflax Bone & Joint Oil and Bone & Joint Powder have been carefully formulated by our nutritionist using a unique blend of ingredients, aimed at optimum Bone and Joint health for your horse. Our Bone & Joint Oil is made using Flax Seed Oil, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM and Green Lipped Mussel Powder, Bone & Joint providing a fantastic range of ingredients and nutrients. As well as providing a good level of Omega 3, 6 and 9 Essential Fatty Acids, this blend also contains a range of ingredients renowned for their efficacy for bone & joint health. Not only are you getting the benefit of the high levels of Omega 3 in Flax Seed Oil, but also recommended daily intake amounts of Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM and New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel. All of these ingredients are blended in such a way that the oil can just be poured over the food every day, meaning an all-in-one supplement that saves having to try and feed tablets or powders separately! The oil is peppermint flavoured for palatability, and there should be no problem with feeding. It is extremely important to note that due to the ingredients contained, Bone & Joint Oil MUST be shaken vigorously every day before feeding, to ensure that all of the ingredients are fully mixed, and all of the benefits of feeding are obtained. For larger containers, we recommend that you shake the container for a minimum of 60 seconds before each feeding to ensure all of the powder ingredients are held in suspension. These powders do settle over time, so it is essential they are mixed for best effects. Our Bone & Joint Powder provides all of the same fantastic powdered ingredients, just without the Flax Seed Oil. This is ideal for those who do not want to add oil to the diet, or would rather feed a powder supplement. Glucoasmine, Chondroitin, MSM and Green Lipped Mussel Powder are in included at the same daily recommended feeding rates, and can be easily added to the daily meal using the scoop provided. Both the Oil and Powder supplements are ideal for older horses, those with mobility issue or those in strenuous work.
